Yes please, it would not be possible for us to transport all the water to site. Don’t worry tap water is very cheap approximately 1p per 10 litres

As long as you leave the gate open and we have access to your tap we can complete the cleaning without need for you to be there

Every job is different subject to location, water supply and drainage. To give you a rough idea 100sqm of block paving (4 car driveway) will take approximately four hours to deep clean and re-sand.
All jobs are carried out with the minimum of disruption to you.

Every job is different subject to location North or South facing, over hanging trees, vehicular/foot traffic. Once we have returned your paving back to its former glory, we would recommend a maintenance clean once a year on-ward.

Every job is different subject to access to the gutter how much debris is laying in the gutter, depth of the gutter. To give you a rough idea a 3 bed semi-detached will take approximately one hour to one and half hours.

This depends on what type of oven you have, but here are some estimated times:
Single oven – 1.5hrs – 2hrs
Double oven – 2hrs – 2.5hrs
Range – 3hrs – 4hrs
AGA – 3.5hrs – 4.5hrs
All of the above times are a rough guide and I could overrun if the oven is particularly dirty.

We use no harsh chemicals in your home, Degreaser and oven paste is used along with flat edged blades, scourers, sponges and micro fibre cloths. Anything that can be removed from the oven, i.e. racks, grill pan, back panel etc. will be placed in our dip tank in the van outside of your home, once they are cleaned, they will be washed back with water and dried.
There is no need to get the children to a babysitter however it perhaps is best they are not in the kitchen while the work is being carried out

If possible it would be great to have the van as close as possible to your property, but it is not vital.

We can replace lightbulbs (subject to us having the correct ones in our van) these are charged at £5.00 each. We can replace seals however these will need to be ordered in, in advance as there are so many different types it is impossible to carry them all in our van.

Yes all the racks and grill pan will be deep cleaned, however any additional grill pans will be charged at £5.00 each.

Yes we can clean all types of hobs and extractors, these are classed as a separate job and are charge accordingly.

Yes we can clean microwaves
